"Fredericksburg Court House, east side of Princess Anne St. between George and Hanover Sts., brick with stucco, two-stories, gable roof with octagonal tower and flanking wings, James Renwick, architect, W.M. Baggot, builder (1851)" per the NRHP application - link below.
Second court house on this site. The original, built in 1733, was torn down and replaced by the current building.
