Location of Caboose: W 4th St. (US-160) & Park St., entrance to Smith Memorial Park, in front of Downtown Jimmi's Restaurant, just W. of Lockwood
Memorial flag pole in front of caboose with this text:

In memory of
BRETT C. LEAMING
1977 - 1988
son of Lt. Col. & Mrs. George D. Leaming

Caboose is painted with "Frisco" logo on side but L-W number.

1 site suggests: "SLSF 1404 as LW 1997?, ex-BN 11634, steel, wide vision, built 6/73, Hwy 160, west side of town

Another site says: "Supposedly ex-BN 11634, is numbered LW-1997, which apparently may have some local meaning."
All I could find with these numbers.
Windows are curtained on hwy side, open on restaurant side.

Current Use:
Display alongside highway. Memorial, or city park, or restaurant, its hard to tell.
