The Spencer Rock House was built in 1919 by Charles Hardy of the Wood Live Stock Company, which ran cattle, sheep and horses throughout Clark and surrounding counties. The house is located on the west side of Interstate 15 on the frontage road (old US 91) north of Exit 180 off ramp.
