Nothing on it now, but some say it was Frisco 1288, and even tech plate says repainted to BN.

As you can see in the pictures, nothing is painted on the caboose as of March 23, 2010.
Info from Tech Plate: Built 6 - 1969
Inspected: 11 - 1976
Brakes: ABD 7 -1977
Repaint: SLSF DH 8 - 1 - 1980
Repaint BN SN 8 - 4 - 1982
A blog site say it is: SLSF 1288 as BN 11616, in the City Park; information on which E-8 of Train Board agrees.
Found this tid-bit in city council meetings minutes of July 2, 2007:
"Deanna Monnig was present to report on the Park Advisory Board activities. The TRIM grants have been submitted. The display case at the Cub’s Park has been damaged by fireworks. Sammy Mau will be looking at the condition of trees. The fence around the Caboose at the city park was discussed. Council authorized Darrell Slatten to take the fence down."
What is so interesting is I photoed this caboose on March 23, 2010; fence was still up.
