The train used to be operated by the American Railroad Company from NY. Now the tunnel is used as a recreational trail, which allows you to continue admiring the beautiful Atlantic Ocean from the other side of the tunnel. This tunnel is one several beautiful places that you can enjoy on the beautiful US Territory of Puerto Rico, La Isla del Encanto.
