The doors are gone, the trunk missing, the front grill and bumper lay bent and twisted a short distance away. A portion of the remains of the former boarding house rest on its roof, the mine that created the town long closed. Only its rear bumper remains untouched by time, a reminder of what once was, and the bullet holes in its body mutely testify to what it has become.
