Bear fountain formerly called Slavatovská was originally located in Dientzenhofer garden.
Fountain finished in 1689 sculptor and carver Jerome Kohl.
Jerome Kohl, also written by Hieronymus Kohl (1632 -1709) was court sculptor the 2nd half of 17th century in Prague.
In 1894, fountain was moved before the Palace of Justice on the square Kinsky. Since 1998 the fountain has rebuilt and moved to square14th October.
Fountain reminds other fountain at the II. Courtyard of Prague Castle, but it is a little easier. Lower bowl fountains bear three bears, the upper basin peaks statue of Neptune with a trident.
