[ENG]This famous bridge is covered by a legend. When a woman loses the children she generates, should avail itself of the supernatural. At the end of pregnancy, at midnight, should approach the bridge and wait for the first person who goes there in the new day and ask him to baptize with water from the river to the future child thus born perfect and good health. If I were a boy would call Gervasio, if call girl would Senhorinha.
This bridge is also known as Devil's Bridge
[PT]Esta famosa ponte está coberta por uma lenda. Quando uma mulher perde os filhos que gera, deve socorrer-se do sobrenatural. No fim da gravidez, à meia noite, devia aproximar-se da ponte e aguardar pela primeira pessoa que por lá passa-se do novo dia e pedir-lhe que baptiza-se com a agua do rio o futuro filho para, assim, nascer perfeito e de boa saúde. Se fosse menino chamar-se-ia Gervásio, se fosse menina chamar-se-ia Senhorinha.
Esta ponte é também conhecida como Ponte do Diabo.
