“Red Echo,” a 23-foot-tall sculpture of red, reed-like rods was installed on Dec. 10, 2010. It was created by Australian artist Konstantin Dimopoulos to incorporate the wind as a part of its attraction.

The sculpture cost nearly $45,000, which was paid with developer fees designated for public art.
