This wonderfully done mural adds the perfect touch to a building near the railroad tracks. Like some of the other murals in town, this one was painted by “Homstad” of Decorah, IA. and was completed in 1998. It is located across from the Jefferson Depot and Milligan grain elevator and is on the west side of an unnamed building on historic Lincoln Highway. Note the Lincoln Highway marker in the picture.
