We call these red pinwheels because when we saw them they were spinning in the wind. If there is any breeze you will see these pinwheel spin around and around. Actually the pinwheels are "untitled" sculpture by Dave Eddy. They are part of the Flying Objects 2.0 exhibit in Salt Lake City. The Flying Object sculptures make downtown Salt Lake City more beautiful as they are added features to complement the city.
