The monument consists of a metal plate embossed with the inscription in Flemish and French.
English transcript of the "War Heroes". Work dates are 1940 - 1945.
The board is placed on the ground before Congress Culomn. The column is inspired by Trajan Column. It celebrates the victory of the Belgian Struggle for Independence.
There is thus a perfect place for plaque.
