The words "www.steinbach.ca" are fading but there were 2 men on top of the water tower replacing the Canadian Flag. They were probably doing other work as well.
The water tower is 154 feet high and has a capacity of 450,000 imperial gallons. They also have 1,800,000 gallons of underground storage.
