The Wellington E. Webb Municipal Office building was erected to consolidate the myriad of Denver city office that were strung throughout the local Denver area. The goal was 'one stop service' for the citizens of Denver. The building features several unique architectural features, including several quotes about the uniqueness of a city etched in the building. There are two quotes on the exterior of the building; one inside the huge lobby. (visit link)

The above coordinates are from the quote on the north side of the building. Since all the quotes are meant to be a series, I have submitted all three of them as one Waymark instead of three individual ones.

North Quote:

Divine Nature made the country
Human Art built the Cities
Marcus Terentius Varro, Book III

South Quote:

What is a City but the People?
William Shakespeare

Interior Quote:

You didn't know you came to make a city
