An all you can eat buffet, serving up great sushi and seafood at reasonable prices is at the Ichiro Buffet in Midvale.
The buffet menu includes: all kinds of Sashimi, Sushi, appetizers, soup, salad bar fruits, oysters, snow crab, clams, shrip, fish desserts and more. They also offer an option to make you a fresh sushi roll at no extra cost, so if your favorite roll is not at the buffet table you can order it off their sushi menu. Soft drinks are included at no extra cost and they do offer wine, beer and sake.
This is a fairly new restaurant with a very friendly staff. The buffet serving platters are well maintained which keeps the food as fresh as possible for a buffet.
With easy access off I-15 at the 7200 South exit or just west of State Street the Ichiro Buffet is a great place to have lunch or dinner.
