ABOUT 0.1 MILE NORTHWEST ALONG NORTH 5TH STREET FROM THE POST OFFICE AT PADUCAH, THENCE 0.2 MILE SOUTHWEST ALONG JEFFERSON STREET, THENCE 1.8 MILES NORTHWEST ALONG 8TH STREET WHICH IS THE BUSINESS ROUTE FOR U.S. HIGHWAY 45, THENCE 0.4 MILE SOUTHWEST ALONG JULIA STREET WHICH IS U.S. HIGHWAY 45, THENCE 2.4 MILES WEST ALONG CAIRO ROAD WHICH IS STATE HIGHWAY 305, OR ABOUT 3.6 MILES EAST ALONG THE ILLINOIS CENTRAL RAILROAD FROM THE POST OFFICE AT WEST PADUCAH, THENCE 1.0 MILE NORTH ALONG COLEMAN ROAD, 19 1/2 FEET NORTHWEST OF THE CENTERLINE OF STATE HIGHWAY 305, 102 FEET NORTHEAST OF THE EXTENDED CENTERLINE OF COLEMAN ROAD, SET IN THE TOP OF THE NORTHEAST END OF THE NORTHWEST CONCRETE HEADWALL OF A CULVERT UNDER THE HIGHWAY, 56 FEET NORTH AND ACROSS THE HIGHWAY FROM POWER POLE NUMBER 106, 59 FEET NORTHEAST OF TELEPHONE POLE NUMBER 41 1/2, AND ABOUT 1/2 FOOT ABOVE THE LEVEL OF THE HIGHWAY.
