This curious statue of a woman stands inside the front entrance of the Conway Women's Center in a circular enclosure designed to collect water for recirculating. A dedication plaque refers to "This Fountain..." The receptionist at the Conway Women's Center confirmed that it once was a fountain but for some unknown reason the water was turned off. The coordinates are for the front door.
