I shop at Smiths as my preferred food retailer. This was my first time in this store as I just stopped in to buy a newspaper while I was out waymarking in the area. The self-checkout has always been my favorite feature except when all the kiosks have people with full baskets of goods and they are about five times slower than if they had used a regular checkout lane.
