Corporal MONROE J. REISINGER, Company H, 150th Pennsylvania Infantry. Born in Beaver County, Pa. he entered service in Meadville, Pa. He received his citation for service in Gettysburg, Pa., 1 July 1863 for specially brave and meritorious conduct in the face of the enemy. Awarded under Act of Congress, January 25, 1907. Date of issue: Unknown.
