Eleven different forms emerge from the primeval chaos. The artist moves them, organizes them, makes them interact. During his manipulations, he suddenly discovers the profile of a beautiful city.
Towards the promontory of Quebec, a gate flanked by large volumes evokes both the remains of a walled city of Old Europe and the ramparts of Quebec. On the opposite side, two major masses are reminiscent of the Logan Fault, the geological fracture that separates the upper town of the Lower Town. Five elements, some solitary, others together, give life to this space recreated.
