Yorkshire house is a public house on the side street next to St Mary's church.
The Yorkshire House is a local pub with a rock feel and attracts an eclectic mix of clientele from the alternative scene. They also serve a wide variety of beers, wines and spirits as well as some snacks an occasional bar food.
The sign depicts a red Tudor rose, and it's name is an odd one as Yorkshire is quite a long distance from Shrewsbury. It seems to have been generated electronically and printed rather than painted.
