The City of Boulder Colorado provides a graffiti art wall within Scott Carpenter Park for graffiti artists to decorate. It is a two-sided, vertical wall set in a concrete base. Both sides are painted and artists are free to come paint over previous works. The concrete base, as well as a nearby utility pole and trash can have been painted as well.
