The disk is set on a copper clad rod without sleeve driven to a depth of 7.6 meters. It is flush with the ground. A steel spike adjacent to the monument makes it magnetic. The location is not suitable for satellite observation.

In the northwest quadrant of Section 17, Township 35 N, Range 19 W.

It was monumented in 1980.
