Yarker is one of the towns in Stone Mills Township. This particular location, by the falls on the Napanee River, was an important spot for the early industry of the area as the river powered the mills of the growing town.
This sculpture is made of wood, foam and tire strips by Bon ECO designs of Tamworth, Ontario. It was created by Carolyn Butts and Hans Honegger and celebrates the industrial past of this location.
