This sculpture which is set around some type of utility box seems to depicts a tricycle with a sail. The work is entitled "Trimaran", dated 1999 and is by Neal Bociek. An internet search failed to reveal further information. A sign at the site indicates that the artist is American, born 1973 and that the work is made of steel. It was commissioned by the City's Commission for Art & Culture and the Metropolitan Wastewater and Engineering Capital Projects Departments.
