The memorial is located near center of the town, on a lawn between several small shops and parking lots. It is a stone structure with four pillars, a faded writing "Na pamet slavnych kvetnovych dnu 1945 - dnu osvobozeni" (In memory of liberation days of May 1945) and a plaque listing three men who died there:

Ilya Vasilevich Nikitin of Pomestnoe, Sergeant Junior
