This event is organized by "Porteños Tuning Club" with the support of the City and has established itself as an attraction in summer activities offered by the city.
It all started in 2005 with the 1st Car Audio Concentration. In 2007 the 1st Tuning Concentration was held and since then, the car fans meet every year in Puerto Santa Maria.
The concentration was scheduled for the first days of September, but, in 2010, due to the increasing visibility and number of visitors year after year, the date changed to the last weekend of August to take advantage of the increased influx of visitors to the city.
The progressive growth of the event brings around 300 vehicles to the city.
The concentration normally begins at 16:00 hours and goes trough the night untill 02:00 hours in the morning on Saturday. It will continue on Sunday from 11:00 hours until 16:00 hours ending with the awards.
Along with the exhibition of tuned cars, spectators can enjoy contests with prizes and giveaways, concerts, shows, dances, test vehicles, and the election of Miss Tuning.
