I found this unique tender on Arch Street, in the middle of historic Philadelphia - Old City. As I walked about during the day I found others as well so I will just waymark this one as representative of al the others in the city. The tender features a silhouette sculpture of a bicycle attached to a metal pole. Basically, it is a green, metal cut out of a bicycle circumscribed by a green circle. The tender is directly across the street from an entrance to public pay parking lot. The sewer grate is right next to it as the tender sits a foot or so away from the curb. The tender i quite new as it does not yet appear on GoogleEarth.
