Vyškov is a town in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
Vyškov is the natural centre of the surrounding region. The Vyškov region is bordered by the Moravian Karst to the west, the Slavkov battlefields in the south-west direction and in the north-east it merges into the fertile Haná lowlands.
Renaissance town hall building with a splendid 57,33 m high tower was built in the years 1568 - 1569 and is one of the dominants of the city centre.
