This memorial is dedicated to Leslie Bell, a doctor, Mr. Bell was a Past Master at the Binbrook Masonic Lodge and a District Governor of the area. He was also a veteran of WWI.

He served the community as a family doctor for over 25 years.

He died on July 10th, 1958 and his wife died a few days later.

Inscription:
"Erected
By the Citizens of Binbrook Township to Honor the Memory of
G. Leslie Bell M.D.
For devotion to duty and outstanding service to this community
Unveiled 1959"
