Nobody knows what or how the Callithumpian Festival came to be. It just is. And as such it just has fireworks. We know it happens around Halloween and we just accept it. The fireworks part of the festival happen on the last Saturday of October. Its been going on for years and years.

The display is small (about 15-20 min) but its cold so we don't really mind. Its fun and that's what counts. If you are a fireworks junkie come on over to our town for your last of the year fix!
