A fountain that is now out of use that also serves as a memorial to Henry Evans Charles. The fountain is a column with a face on it that look to have been made from bronze as it is tinted green. The fountain is no longer in use as the nozzle is clearly missing, and looks to have been so for quite a while.

The plaque reads:-

Henry Evans Charles
M.R.C.S (eng) Died 30th March 1907
"He went about doing good"
