Tinker Bill is a rather unusual Tinker Fairy for he made his home right next door to the home of a human that enjoys fixing the same things he does "Computers". Bill is one of a growing number of more modern Fairies that enjoy working with technology along with the more traditional materials.
His house (and Door) can be found on the third street side of the larger human home and right next to the street.
