The white, obelisk-looking peace pole is white, made of some kind of polymer and is located just inside the front entrance, over to the right side. Access is pretty much every day as this place seems always to be open to the pubic during the day.
One of the sides is in English and reads "May Peace Prevail on Earth". Another side is in Japanese presumably restating the same sentiment fund in English. Another side reads Que la Paz Prevalezca en la Tierra. This is Spanish for "May Peace Prevail on Earth". Neoc1 tells me the fourth language is German. Thanks!
