This haunting dates back to May 13th 1948. Driving down Beach Blvd into Hamilton, the car was crossing the old lift bridge. The bridge's electrical system failed resulting in one side of the bridge being higher than the other. In the dark night with little moonlight, the driver did not see what happened and their Volkswagen plunged into the canal.
The passenger of the car was barely able to escape but the driver was not so lucky and drowned in the canal. Several other deaths have happened in the area as well...
Hamilton Paranormal has visited the area several times and captured ghost "orbs" on film.
