The Famous Players Cinema located in the Pickering Town Center has a very special decoration on the outside.
It looks like a big tower formed with 8 horizontal rings, increasing in shape, sustained by 4 metal circular beams.
The lower ring is empty but the 7 others are full, like plates.
On the very top of the tower, there is a big ball, imitating a planet, around which there are rings, imitating satellites revolving around the planet.
The structure in olive green and the planet is blue. Probably a figure of the Earth.
This is my interpretation on this master piece! For sure, it will attract your attention.
