Thanks to the Bath Museum's move from that location to a new home at the Old Town Hall on Main Street, space in the Layer Cake Hall was made available to expand the current Bath branch of the Lennox & Addington Public Library.
Currently, all of the library's facilities, equipment and collections are located on the first floor of the Layer Cake Hall. The second layer of the Layer Cake Hall in Bath will now be the home for more library facilities. The Layer Cake Hall is owned by the Fairfield-Gutzeit Society, which offered the second floor of the facility for the library's use.
