Several local Boy Scout Troops (especially Troop 636) have always been very involved with O'Neill Regional Park. There is an extensive Split Rail Fence system thru-out the park, nearly all completed by Eagle Scouts!
HEY!! This is not an Eagle from Troop 636 (Trabuco Canyon)!!!
Liegh Stiepel is from another Troop local to the area... In fact, 818 is from Rancho Santa Maragrita!
This portion of Fence is a much needed replacement of fencing that was old and failing. This is still "rail" but not "split" it looks more "refined".
Beautiful job!
