Circa 1870 - Frederick Buschmann
Sophia and Julius Quade continued the tin manufactory business that her father, Frederick Buschman, began in 1850. Sophia Quade purchased this property in 1876 for $4309 from her mother who stipulated that the property be "for her [daughter's] sole use and benefit without interference of her said husband."
