The highest church tower in the world belongs to the Ulmer Münster (Ulm Minster), which is at the center of Ulm, Germany, Baden-Württemberg. The hight of the tower is 161.5 meters. No other church tower in the world is highter than this.
The construction of the Minster was begun in 1377. The final project was completed in 1890. The tower was unfinished from 1543 to 1890 with a height of 100 meters. Not until 1885 was begun with the completion.
Unfortunately there is no information board, which says that this is at the highest church tower in the world. But it is the highst.
