This clock tower is located at the southwest corner of 300 West Center Street in downtown Provo, Utah. It is situated at the northeast corner of the City's complex of government buildings on this block. The clock tower is also a bell tower with five large bells visible. A plaque, with the bicentennial logos on top, located at the base of the clock tower reads:
