At the front of the regional park, three large (30 x 18 x 10 ft) steel tapered arcs, painted red, have aluminum crescents at top laced with stainless steel wires. A wind activated sound sculpture.
The base in inscribed with "WIND HARPS" RODNEY CARROLL 1993 signed
The piece is easily seen from the roadway. Some preservation by repainting will be needed soon.
