There are inscriptions on the back of each of the 15 chairs, in English & Welsh mixed together, (Some missing letters)
There are two plaques set in the ground, inscribed in English & Welsh
"Remember tommorow" & "Invest in yesterday" This is the artists Andy Rowe's, idea of time being altered by people sitting on the seats.
In the centre of the sculpture is a large 10 feet high, cast bronze pointed gnomon.
