Located near a high school, this plaque describes the origins and importance of Dundas Street. The street was built on the order of Simcoe in 1793. The road stretches from Burlington Bay up to the Thames River, this completed a connection that goes from Montreal to Detroit and opened up settlement along much of southern Ontario.
