The busy backpacker area of Ho Chi Minh City (or Saigon, as many still name it), has a noticeable amount of neon (far more than in 1994). Connecting the main streets of District 1 (backpacker city) are many small alleyways. Here are to be found vendors of many different categories of merchandise, including this restaurant with a colourful name. When walking down here watch out for teenagers speeding along on motorbikes.
