This memorial to the veterans of Rye, New Hampshire, is located on the town green. It has brass plaques on four sides. The plaque with names of Civil War veterans also pays tribute to the Revolutionary War, War of 1812 and Spanish War.

The monument s a rectangular stone monument with brass plaques on four sides, and nothing mounted on the top. It stands alone in a small green area in the center of town near the historic Congregational Church with adjoining cemetery which has graves dating back to the American Revolutionary War and Civil War.
