The Spray Park at Evers Park in Green River, Wyoming, is what's known as a zero-depth water pad playground. It has seven above-ground water components, ten in-ground flush components and a 3000-gallon water tank. All this is controlled by a fully automated computer control system for the recreational park. The estimated cost of the project was $150,000.
The above ground spraying devices are designed to go through or stand under. At one station, buckets of water are filled by an overhead spigot and then dump their water on those underneath. A station shaped like an umbrella / large mushroom has sheets of water that pour off the sides. There are sprays and geysers to play in. |
