Kaamsamnar Koh Rokar is the Cambodian immigration post along the Mekong River on the border with Vietnam.
The beautifully decorated golden shrine houses a standing statue which, like in the popular Zen parable, is probably "pointing a finger to the moon." I couldn't find any information on the web other than that it is a Buddhist shrine. My best guess is that the statue depicts a bodhisattva wearing a Roman soldier's costume. Bodhisattva Manjushri is usually depicted with a sword in his right hand as a symbol of wisdom.
