The large bronze bust of George Storch is mounted on a pink granite base in front of the memorial library building that bears his name. Storch is dressed in a bow tie, vest and jacket. The bust is mounted on a rectangular base. Pompeo Coppini's name is inscribed on the bust's right side and George Storch is in large bronze lettering on the bottom edge of the bronze bust in front.
On the back of the pink granite base is the dedication inscription that reads:
"Funds for the George Storch
Memorial Library building were
given by Mrs. Louise J. Lips, daughter
and Mr. Charles S. Lips, grandson
In loving memory of
Father and Grandfather, Mr. George Storch
Building erected in 1951"
