Long Description:
The pinfold is made from local limestone in a circular pattern with a small opening. There is nothing remaining of the closure device. Inside is overgrown. The local constable would have been responsible for impounding stray animals. The last constable retired in 1880. Already his other duties were taken over by the new central constabulary.
